2nd time buying a car from trade centre wales, pleased with the service i had so returned, 2nd car i bought,had a few things that needed doing i phoned the after care team, they were happy to do the repairs for me and were very polite, iam disapointed that im on my 3rd trip still going back to have the repairs done as more parts needed to be ordered, surely the mechanics should have looked and checked what they needed, i have not been offered any compensation (fuel money) and i have had to miss out on work due to this.But I am happy with the car.

This was our third car purchase at Trade Centre Wales but the first time to have a mechanical problem, however the aftersales team supplied a courtesy car whilst the problem was rectified and we have had no further problems since the repair.
I have had bad experience with Car Shaft (Car Craft) and for Trade Centre Wales I will say were very professional. No pushy staff, very helpful. I was walking around with Michael he was great, so was shop floor Manager Richard and Customer Care Manager Richard, I would recommend to anybody as truly quality cars and staff…thumbs up guys I’ll be back
FOUND ENTERING THE SHOWROOM RATHER INTIMIDATING WITH ALL THE SALES STAFF CROWDED AROUND THE ENTRANCE. ONCE THROUGH THESE WE BROWSED & FOUND A CAR WE WERE INTERESTED IN. WE DISCUSSED IT WITH THE SALESMAN, UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT TEN OUT OF TEN FOR HIS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL APPROACH. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE CAR & ARRANGED COLLECTION. ON THE DAY THERE WAS A FAULT WITH THE CAR BUT THIS WAS REMEDIED WHILE WE WAITED. AFTER TWO WEEKS THE CAR DEVELOPED SOME ISSUES & WE APPROACHED TCW WHO ARRANGED TO CARRY OUT REMEDIAL WORK.SINCE THEN WE HAVE HAD NO ISSUES. THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS VERY GOOD THROUGHOUT. A BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE GUARANTEE PERIOD & AS THE ADVERT SAYS TRADE CENTRE FINDING OUT THE PRICE WE PAID WAS ABOVE THE RETAIL FIGURE FOR THE CAR.
After a poor experience a few years ago it was with trepidation we went back, however, the pushy sales was not there. Good negotiations to enable to have the car I wanted. Had the car 2 weeks so far so good.

Very pleasent experience from start to finish. My car had to be returned for a few faults that should have been spotted in the ’100 Quality Control Check’ which came to light after purchase but full compliments to Mark and his After Sales Customer Care team. All seems to have been rectified to a good standard. Treated with courtesy and repsect on the telephone and in person from Mark. 5* for the Customer Care Team, a little lower for those who should have spotted the faults prior to sale!!
Great service from the Dean Morgan the salesman we met when myself and my brother visited teh showroom yesterday looking at getting our 1st car. Dean was great and explained things to us and was more than happy to answer our questions.

Wasn’t looking forward to the day out to buy a car, and had heard some negative reviews. Have to say couldn’t have been further from the truth. Andy the sales guy was helpful without being over-powering and didn’t hassle us in any way. When we did need help he was there and knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. The whole process was pain free and a pleasure to experience. Will definitely go there again for another vehicle and would recommend them to anybody.
When we arrived at TCW we were greeted by Dean who was extremely helpful and patient. Dean allowed us to browse in our own time and did not apply any pressure at all which is a very refreshing change. Dean was very patient with us and helped us chose the right car for us at the right price. I only wish we had gone to TCW for our previous cars! Will definetly recommend TCW to all!
I bought a car from the Merthyr Tydfil branch which unfortunately had a problem, I contacted the branch and was put through to Daniel in After Sales who was extremely helpful. He provided me with a courtesy car whilst the original problem was being dealt with, and when a subsequent problem developed Mark, Marcus and Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered me an alternative car and what could have been a huge problem for me was dealt with courtesy, friendliness and general goodwill. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them when I need to. They made what had the potential to be a very painful experience easy!!
a big thank you to the staff at tcw and in particular richard Lovell, a few unforeseen problems with the cars key device but the problem was handled with expert care and service, friendly, speedy and outstanding customer care.

Within a few days of collecting my car I discovered a fault with the rear wiper, which were bneing activated whenever I pressed the footbrake. The car has been back twice but the fault has not been sorted, although a couple of faults were found and corrected. The fault only occurs when it is raining and I am using the front wipers so TCW have agreed to take the car back and keep it until the fault is corrected, supplying me with a courtesy car in the meantime. Watch this space.

On arriving to Trade Centre Wales we was met by Phil the saleman who showed and explianed where all the cars was. Wegot on with no pressue or hassle off anyone, which is a really nice change. We managed to find our perfect car and had an unbelieveable deal. Four days later we pick up our stunning new can and are 110% pleased with our car. Thanks to all at TCW for there brillient service.

I was met at the entrance to the showroom and was expecting a big sales push, only to be pleasantly directed to all the types of cars I wanted to view by Craig the salesperson. I found my goal and within 2 hours I was driving home in my newly acquired motor. Good atmoshere and good service.

my car had problems with the clutch after the warrenty was up i informed the car centre i was told to bring it back they fixed the problem give me a curtosy car there was no charge out of good faith i would like to thnk richard lovett and his team big time no hessitation in buying another car from them a big thank you for what they done for me

I needed a car quickly and decided to try several “supermarkets”. I got as far as TCW in Neath, spent an hour being a pain to salesman Simon who held his patience extremely well as well as going out of his way to find a car that suited my requirements. On collection I noticed a couple of chips in the screen, but while I went off to tax the car TCW sorted the chips. If the ongoing service is as good as the initial sales service I will be more than happy.
went to tcw for the first time, everything went smooothly for us until we noticed a few chips in a bonet (which we couldn’t see in the rain) we told Brett in collections it was no problem for him to rectify the chips however we had to wait an extra day for the car! otherthan that everythign was brilliant!
